How to Throw a Baseball Properly

This article has many different strategies on how to throw a baseball properly.

It starts with a mental shift in warming up before a game.

You want to work on your throwing mechanics before a game.  It isn’t just a warm-up.

Approach warm up time as a matter of team pride, providing your players with a mental and physical edge on their opponents, setting them apart.

It then goes on to list 7 different throwing tips to encourage a proper baseball throwing motion.

Provide an organized, purposeful throwing routine for all players.

Next, proper baseball throwing is described in 3 stages:

  1. The Grip
  2. The Target
  3. The Power Position
