This drill is run by Steve Nash:


50 Shots Working Outwards on the sides (close and working outwards).
10 Bank Shots (5 per side).
10 Elbow Shots (5 per side).
20 Spins (5 right side spinning right, 5 right side spinning left, 5 left side spinning left, 5 left side spinning right).
20 Stepbacks (10 per foot).
10 Hesitate and Pulls.
10 Top of Key (Top of key 1 dribble right to right elbow repeat 5 times, top of key 1 dribble left to left elbow repeat 5 times).
20 Turnarounds.


Skills
Shooting and conditioning.

Players
Only one player.

Instructions
Always run, no walking.
